Exam Preparation:

There is a theoretical and practical examination.

Firstly, the Theoretical section: ItIs is available in all languages, including Arabic. It consists of 1,300 questions that must be studied; In addition to videos showing traffic conditions.

Secondly, the Practical section: Previously, the training was according to the person’s choice of a manual or automatic car, but since the beginning of 2021 it has been stipulated that the applicant receive lessons in both types.

The coach prepares the trainee to drive in all climatic conditions (rain and snow), day and night, on highways and large roads. If he is in a mountainous city, he takes lessons on off-road mountain roads as well. There is no minimum number of practical lessons, but the trainer is the one who decides if the applicant is ready to provide the examination, some people become ready after 5 lessons and others may need more than 10 lessons.

German driving license Test:

As for the examination of the theoretical section: it takes 45 minutes and consists of 30 questions in a multiple-choice style. 10 errors mean failure.

As for the practical test, it will be attended by the trainer who gave you the practical lessons and the examiner, and he will sit in the back seat to follow all your movements and behaviours. The exam will be in German only.

The test is on city streets, not within a certain track. The examiner’s instructions must be followed.

In case you’re not driving well, you will hear “stop”. The trainer continues driving and back to the test centre. But if you drive well, you will get a pass document from the exam centre.

As for people who have never obtained a driver’s license from another country, they must go to a driving school and attend 14 days of theoretical lessons, then follow the same procedures.

Finally, the German driving license:
