Terms of Service and Engagement
Last Updated: February 11, 2026
These terms constitute a legal agreement governing the professional relationship between NTL International and the Client. As an Authorized Agent, we adhere to strict compliance standards designed to protect the integrity of citizenship programs and the interests of high-net-worth investors.
1. Legal Framework and Authorization
NTL International operates under official licenses issued by Citizenship by Investment Units (CIU) in the Caribbean and is specifically subject to the laws and regulations of St. Kitts and Nevis. Your use of our services constitutes acknowledgment of and submission to these sovereign laws.
2. Professional Liability Boundaries
To ensure the protection of NTL and clarify the scope of work for the Client, we emphasize the following:
- NTL acts as a consultant and Authorized Agent to represent the Client and prepare their file: however, the decision to grant or deny citizenship is a purely sovereign decision made solely by the respective Government.
- NTL does not guarantee application success in the event that negative information arises during due diligence procedures conducted by international security agencies.
- NTL disclaims all liability for sudden legislative changes in investment laws or security requirements issued by Caribbean governments during the processing period.
3. Due Diligence and Right to Immediate Termination
NTL applies rigorous standards for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF):
- NTL reserves the absolute right to refuse service or terminate engagement immediately without liability if it is proven that the Client provided false information or forged documents.
- If security or criminal "red flags" arise regarding the Client that were not previously disclosed, NTL has the right to cease legal representation to protect its professional license before the competent authorities.
- The Client is obligated to provide bank statements and legitimate proof of source of wealth as required by law.
4. Intellectual Property Protection
All content, reports, and advisory templates provided by NTL are proprietary intellectual property:
- It is strictly prohibited to reuse, publish, or distribute advisory reports or legal templates belonging to NTL without prior written permission.
- The NTL International trademark is legally protected: any unauthorized use of the company name or logo will subject the violating party to international legal prosecution.
5. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold NTL harmless from any claims, losses, or legal costs arising from:
- The Client's submission of non-original documents or misleading information to government entities.
- The Client's failure to comply with the legal requirements of the citizenship-granting state after receiving official documents.
- Any breach by the Client of these terms or international financial crime laws.
6. Strict Confidentiality
NTL is committed to encrypting all client data and sharing it only with government entities and legal partners necessary for application processing. Conversely, the Client is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of technical and financial correspondence between them and NTL.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of St. Kitts and Nevis. In the event of any legal dispute, exclusive jurisdiction shall rest with the courts of St. Kitts and Nevis, taking into account the regional laws of the relevant Caribbean nations in the associated programs.
