It is an online portal for foreigners, launched by the Turkish Ministry of Environment and Urban Development. It is an easier way to obtain all information and consultations related to Real Estate, Real Estate Registration, and how to obtain Turkish citizenship by investing for foreigners wishing to buy real estate or/and obtain citizenship in Turkey.
This portal currently provides services in 4 languages: Arabic, Turkish, English and German. Three languages will be added later: French, Russian and Spanish.
The Turkish Government is seeking this step:
- Providing advice to foreigners wishing to obtain immovable property and funds in the country.
- Guide them by providing them with the necessary statistics and information.
- In addition to allowing them to obtain dates from the directorates of the Tapu to complete official transactions.
- Obtain all legal information about the property to be purchased and statistics on the area in which it will be invested.
- In addition to information about obtaining Turkish citizenship through investment in the country.
This portal is supervised by the General Directorate of Real Estate Registration Department and Survey of Turkey, and is titled “Your Key Turkey”.
It is worth mentioning that the “Citizenship office for businessmen”, which is responsible for conducting Turkish citizenship by investing in Istanbul, has moved to the World Trade Center in the Bakirkoy area near Ataturk Airport after it was in Aminönü region.
