- Starting from the mentioned date, main applicants (the investor and their spouse) are now required, in addition to the previously requested documents, to submit a certified criminal record (Police Certificate) from their home country (or from the passport country they will use for citizenship application).
- In the past, obtaining a residence permit (for the investor) was a requirement only for the main applicant. However, now it is also necessary for the investor’s spouse to obtain a residence permit.
