How to obtain citizenship by investment from Dominica?
Applicants under Dominica Citizenship by Investment Program must choose one of the two following options:
- Government non-refundable Donation to Economic Diversification Fund (EDF):
$200,000 for a single applicant.
$250,000 the minimum investment for a family of up to 4 members.
$ 25.000 for any additional dependant under the age of 18
$ 40.000 for any additional dependant 18 years of age or older
Siblings are no longer considered dependents.
In addition to Government Fees, Administrative Fees, Banking Expenses and Due Diligence Fees.

Purchasing a property from one of the real estate projects approved by the government:
The property must value $ 200.000, with a commitment not to sell for 3 years.
$75,000 Government Fees for the main applicant
$100,000 Government Fees for a family of up to 4 members.
$ 25.000 for any additional dependant under the age of 18
$ 40.000 for any additional dependant 18 years of age or older
Siblings are no longer considered dependents.
In addition to Administrative Fees, Banking Expenses and Due Diligence Fees.

DUE DILIGENCE FEES:
– Main applicant US$ 7,500
– Each dependant aged 16 years or above US$ 4,000
*Enhanced due diligence checks and fees may sometimes be required, depending on the applicant’s current citizenship status, and other personal circumstances.

Mandatory Interview Fees:
All applicants aged 16 and over will be subject to an interview fee of US$1,000 per interview.

Birth certificate for all applicants and a marriage certificate.
Clear criminal record.
A bank financial statement with proof of a legal source of income.
Medical examination (health certificate that it is free of diseases).

- All nationals from Northern Iraq are banned from applying for the Citizenship by Investment Programme of the Commonwealth of Dominica. This includes specific nationals from the Kurdistan region of Iraq, namely nationals from the cities of Erbil, Amedi, Dahuk, Kirkuk, Lalish, Raniya, Soran, Sulaymaniyah and Zakho.
- Yemen
- Application from nationals of North Korea and Sudan will be refused unless the applicant has:
1) not lived in these countries for at least ten years,
2) no substantial assets there, and
3) not performed any business or similar activity, in whole or in part, in or with the countries.
Enhanced due diligence may apply to all applicants who meet the above requirement, with the cost to be born on the applicant.
Steps to Obtain Citizenship by Investment From Dominica:
Step 1: Pre-Application Assessment:
Provide us with a copy of all applicants’ passports once you have agreed on the investment routes. We will conduct a free pre-screening and application assessment, including a general due diligence check.
Step 2: Signing the Contracts:
Sign the contract with NTL and make the down payment.
Step 3: Application Preparation
We will assist you in filling out the necessary application forms and checking all the required documents.
Step 4: Submitting the Application
We will support you in paying the government and application submitting fees. Afterwards, we will apply to the Unit.
Step 5: Government Approval of the Application
The Unit will issue the approval letter.
Step 6: Payment for Donation or Investment
You will make the final payment to the government.
Step 7: Issuing Your Citizenship Certificates and Passports
The Unit will issue the certificates of citizenship, and after that, the Passport office will issue the passports.
Step 8: Closing and Transfer
We will send all your new original documents: including your citizenship certificate and your new passport to the address you provide through a courier or hand them over to you at one of our offices.
