The Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis, also known in its Constitution as the Federation of Saint Christopher and Nevis, (named after Christopher Columbus) is a small two-island nation in the Caribbean Basin, located some 2,000 km to the southeast of Miami. The country has a wonderful cool climate, enjoyable throughout the year, and is well connected by flights from US, Europe and the Caribbean airliners.

St. Kitts & Nevis is a member of many prestigious political and social organizations including: the United Nations, World Bank, International Monetary Fund, Organization of American States, Organization of Eastern Caribbean States, Eastern Caribbean Regional Security System (RSS), and CARICOM. Investment Options

The citizenship program of St. Kitts & Nevis requires making an economic contribution to the country. In exchange, the applicants and their families are granted full citizenship.

 

 

Option 1 - Contribution to the (SIDF)

This option involves making a non-refundable payment to the SIDF (Sugar Industry Diversification Foundation). Payment depends on the number of family members and starts from US$ 250.000.

Option 2 - Real Estate

Citizenship can be obtained via the purchase of a property for a minimum investment of US$ 400,000 in a Government approved project. An initial deposit of approximately US$ 15,000 or 10% (depending on the developer) is payable upon reservation of the property and the balance is payable once Citizenship is approved. In order to obtain the Citizenship the applicant must obtain the title deed of the property.
